Online Challenger Annuity applications are now available. You and your clients will be able to use DocuSign to complete an editable application, with the functionality to e-Signature, making the application process more streamlined and efficient, reducing the time to complete. 

Editable applications can be completed and signed online using an e-Signature. Access to the application continues to be via eQuote and eApplication.   

The annuity products that will be delivered via the digital experience are listed below:

• Challenger Guaranteed Annuity (Lifetime)
• Challenger Guaranteed Annuity (Term)
• CarePlus (editable form only)

To further improve the online experience, GreenID now includes the Centrelink Card as a form of ID, making it easier to validate your client online.
